Kelly was born and raised in San Diego and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She began her real estate career at Zillow, where she gained a unique perspective on the industry while working closely with real estate professionals across the country. She relocated to Arizona and began working alongside Ryan in 2015, building her business from the ground up and becoming an integral part of the Ryan Nager Group. Now with more than 11 years in real estate, Kelly has been involved in over 500 transactions and has experience in nearly every facet of the business. She has managed transactions from behind the scenes, built systems, trained agents, negotiated contracts, guided buyers and sellers, and become one of the Ryan Nager Group’s top-producing agents. Her background at Zillow has also given her a nationwide network of real estate connections, allowing her to better assist clients relocating both to and from Arizona. Kelly is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful approach, and ability to understand the emotions that often come with buying or selling a home. She combines that empathy with strong negotiation strategies and extensive transaction experience to anticipate potential issues, protect her clients’ interests, and help make even complicated transactions feel as smooth as possible.
